At simultaneous application with inhibitors of CYP3A4 (erythromycin, ketoconazole, itraconazole), and alpha-blocker dose of Levitra should not exceed 5 mg Levitra it is not recommended within 6 hours before and after taking alpha-blocker. Combination with indinavir and ritonavir is contraindicated. Levitra is not recommended to be taken with nitrates or nitric oxide donators. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases should not take Levitra.

Possible Side Effects
